Time Table


[Oral Session]
  • Default presentation media is a PC projector with VGA input.
  • Please use your PC.
  • If your PC has no VGA analog output, please bring your own VGA adapter.
  • Prior to your presentation (at intermission), please check your PC works properly with the projector.
[Poster Session]
  • Size of a poster panel is 90 cm (width) x 240 cm (height).
  •  Poster preview (short oral presentation without discussion) is 1 minute, within 3 papers (A4 size).
    An overhead camera is used for the poster preview. Please print on plain papers rather than transparencies or gloss papers!
  • Please put your poster on the board before the preview session.

■Abstract Submission■

Procedure of registration and abstract submission

1. First you prepare the 1-page abstract in English. The instruction (and a template) is given in the following links.


2. After you prepare your manuscript, you have to finish your registration before submitting abstract. Please click on the following link to proceed to the registration page.

3. You will receive the confirmation e-mail shortly. You will find your registration number there.

4. Abstract submission: Your abstract should be sent only in a PDF form and named by [registration number]_[FamilyName]_[GivenName].pdf (for example, 77_Nagoya_Taro.pdf).

  The upper limit of the file-size is 5Mb. If a high resolution figure is essential for your abstract, please ask the conference desk.

5. Send your PDF file through "Abstract Sending Form", which will be announced by the registration confirmation e-mail.

6. The replacement procedure is not acceptable after the submission of your abstract.

  The contribution without the abstract will be automatically cancelled.

The winner of Osawa Award and Iijima Award will be selected from the applicants.
If you are interested in the Awards, please apply to them!
